II. Thesis: The legalization of prostitution could help lower taxes, help balance the budget, clean up the streets, combat dangerous street-sex practice, lower the rate of rape, lower organized crime, and make illegal and underage sex inaccessible to minors.
III. Connect: This may seem like improbable biased propaganda, but the facts will be unveiled.

(Preview: Today I am going to talk to you about why the government should legalize prostitution. First, I am going to talk about where it's legal, then I am going to speak about the problem of suppressing prostitution, then I am going to tell you about pimps abusing the prostitutes, and finally I will speak about making the streets safer.
Main Point #1: Legalization of prostitution is an idea that has been tried in the real world.
A. 13 out of 16 counties in Nevada have legalized prostitution.
B. In 1949, the United Nation adopted a resolution in favor of legalizing prostitution.

Whoa! UN legalized it? Just curious, but where was this piece of information taken from? It's not what I just believe but more than half the nation will say the same thing- Prostitution should Not be legalized. When you said, "By maintaining the illegality of prostitution, we are only masking a problem that will always be there.", you do have a point, but that does not mean we have to allow prostitution to happen all the time. If you haven't known, but thousands of young children, women and other people are being affected by STDs or sth else and dying. Will you now still say it's a good thing?

Don't want to sound rude, but if today, your mom, sister or wife was put in for prostitution-earn money by having sex with random ppl, how will you feel? That's was every parents, siblings and other close family members feel, when they lose a child in prostitution every single day...:)

I do not believe that this helps at all. Reserch Navada, USA...it will then tell you al the positive things that happen when prostitution was legalized.
If a sister, family member, or wife would go into prostitution, then it would just matter on why they did it. Money wise? Depended on how bad we needed it. Some people are forced into prostitution because they are poor. Prostitution saves peoples lives.
