Is it dangerous to get more then moderate amount of caffeine during pregnancy?
No one really knows for sure. Researchers is both confusing and inconsistant about the effects of drinking caffeine, so drinking a lot is not a very good idea. What exactly does caffeine do to my body?For starters,no matter which form it s in, food beverage,caffeine is a nutrition loser. It has absoluty no vitamens or minerals to its name. Heres a lady who would like to get off caffeine so I guess its addictive. I would like to get off caffeine I drink tea and it gives me head aches .i have consulted my docter they just tell me to take tylonal.
