Essay, Research Paper: Henry Ford

Our topic for research is Henry Ford. We chose this topic, because we thought it would be interesting and be easy to locate. Before we chose him we got a little information on him. When he proved to be an interesting subject and a little easy, we decided to stay with him. Henry Ford changed history greatly: that is another reason we chose him.
The research was mainly done on the Internet and on an encyclopedia. They both provided a lot of information. Also we got some information from books about Henry Ford. The Britannica on a computer was probably the easiest and the one with the important information.
We made lots of decisions. We had to decide on what information to include. The place to get the information was another we made. Our board had to look nice so we had to decide on what to put on it. We also had to decide on the topic and how to do the research.
We learned that Henry Ford invented the Ford Model T. It was the fastest selling automobile of its time. The car was the best source of transportation his time had ever seen. Henry sold about 15 million cars in a 21-year period. As well as the Model T, he established the Ford Motor Company itself.
Our topic fits the theme, because the theme was turning points in history. This was one of the major turning points in history, because people did not have to walk or use horses to get around. Henry ford was also known mainly for the assembly line and the interchangeable parts he used to manufacture the car. He was the first Ford Motor engineer ever. His Model T was the first V-8 ever built.
