I. Title: PLANT HORMONE #5
II. Introduction

As humans need hormones to develop or function some
organs plants need hormones to growth and develop. There are
more than 40 hormones which are also called GIBBERELLINGS.
III. Materials Needed

1) Dwarf pea seedlings
2) Normal pea seeding
3) H2O
4) seeds:corn,sun flower, pea,
5) IAA
6) 0.1 mg/L, 10mg/L,100mg/L

IV. Summarize

The experiment will show us and also help us to understand
the effect of hormones in plants.

V. Observations.
A. The function growth rate of plants

1) Measure the plants of the dwarf and normal box (see
diagram 1) then add to both boxes of plants
water,0.1mg/L,10mg/L,100mg/L by rows. After a week measure the
plants (see diagram 2). Then take a difference and respond to the
two question.
a) What’s difference reaction of plant to different kinds
of concentration of hormone?

B. Seed Germination

Select three of the plants from the growth put one in
the bottom, other in the media, and the last in the top (see figure 3)
