Did you ever have a dream? A dream that became reality.One of the most famous quotes in modern time was given on a potiumat the Lincoln Momorial in Washington D.C on Augest 28th 1963...that quote was given by Martin Luther King Jr. who deciatied his time on earth to prove that all people are equal....this quote is known to the human race as one of the most moden qoute's of all time..... " I Had A Dream"!!!!
Honorable Judges, fellow contestance, teacher and student.....have you ever look down at another human being for the color of there skin.....we may not hear about this so much in our time, but...in the early 60's that was part of the human race. Black and whites went to diffenent schools, blacks were not allowed to eat in white resterants, can you believe this. Then came the day a Black man stood on a potume with great pride and ditinty..... Martin Luther King Jr. shouted out these words
for the world to hear him....."I have a dream".............Kings dream became realiitie!!!!!
Martin Luther King Jr. was brought into this world with great faith in the Lord. His father was a preacher and, his Mother was a loving and understanding women. These two people taught Matin to have the Values of Christ, Family and self repect. He past on the sourse of force and insperation to millons of black ameriacans.
Until the day that his life was taken because of a senseless crime..... he was sadly missed by his loving wife Calerice, and 4 chrildren.... Yoland, Berice, Dexteret, and Martin Luther King the 3rd...
King was shot in the Lorraine Motel
on April 4th, 1968. James Earl Ray was charged for fireing that shot which brought King to his death. Ray pleaded guitly and insisted that he was cog on a larger conspiracy.
Nearly some 35 years later things are starting to shake loose in the assassinaion of Martin Luther King... Ray has away's that a shadowy figure named Raoul manipulated him into postion as a fall guy for the conpiracy to assissinated King.
I believe that King..was a brillent man and one of his other famous quotes was " I was not born to be forced"
I believe that no one should be forced to do anything...
and If I had one chance to dream and it become true, I would want for all nationallitie to come as one and make this a better earth to live on.
In concusion I would like to tell each and everyone of you here today.... color is just a word.....A black man heart can save a white mans life.... Remember..... we have all the bleed the color......... RED.........
